1 Killed in Charleston ATV Accident on Palm Drive

Charleston, W.V. – One person was killed in an ATV accident on Saturday evening in Charleston.

According to the police, the accident happened around 6:12 p.m. on Palm Drive.

Two people were traveling on an ATV when the driver lost control and rolled down an embankment.

Both people were transported to AMC General Hospital in critical condition.

Sadly, the 42-year-old male driver of the ATV died while receiving treatment.

The juvenile passenger remains in critical condition.

The Charleston Police Department Traffic Division Accident Investigation Bureau is investigating the accident.
