Monroe County, AL. – One person was killed in an ATV accident on Tuesday evening in Monroe County.
According to the police, the accident happened around 5:39 p.m. on Alabama 21 near mile marker 71.
A 19-year-old man was driving an ATV when he lost control, veered off the road and struck an embankment before overturning.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
