2 Injured in Jasper County ATV Accident on CR 150

Jasper County, TX. – Two people were injured in an ATV accident on Saturday night in Jasper County.

According to a report by the Beech Grove Volunteer Fire Department, the accident happened around 9 p.m. on CR 150 south of County Road 153.

A 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl were on a 2013 Polaris Ranger that crashed in unclear circumstances.

Officers who responded to the incident found a woman trapped underneath the vehicle and were able to remove her.

The boy suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.

The woman was taken to CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital and later flown to a Houston hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the accident.
