Man Killed in Adams County ATV Accident on Adams County Road 500
Adams County, IN. – A man died in an ATV accident that happened last Saturday night in Decatur, November 2.
The crash was discovered early morning on Adams County Road 500 W in Preble Township, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The Decatur man was operating a 2001 Yamaha Raptor 660 RVC in the area when he lost control and crashed. The ATV flipped, partially pinning him underneath.
The unidentified man died at the scene and his body was discovered early morning by his wife.
Adams County Deputies, The Adams County Coroner’s Office, Adams County EMS, and the Preble Fire Department responded to the scene.
The Adams County Coroner’s Office is leading the investigation.
